We provide a single package which includes everything you will need for a simple cremation, to ensure things are as easy as possible for you to organise. We also offer bespoke packages and several optional extras should you require them.

You Payments are safe and secure in the Golden Charter Trust.
Your money is paid into the Golden Charter Trust which is run a a board of trustees, completely independent to Golden Charter and your chosen funeral director. To find out more about the trust and how it protects customer funds, visit goldenchartertrust.co.uk. As a Golden Charter customer you'll receive personalised plan documents, which include a summary of your plan, your funeral director's details, your plan holder certificate and a personal membership card for you to carry in your purse or wallet.

You may be surprised to hear that while the average cost of a funeral in 2010 was £2,875.00, by 2020 is was £4,417.00. That's an increase of 55% in 10 years, well above inflation.
When taking out a Golden Charter pan, the funeral director's own services for either burial or cremation are guaranteed to be covered by your plan.
Thurd party costs ie. Crematorium fees, interment fees, clergy or minister, flower costs are all our of funeral director's control. Any increase in these costs may be asked for by the funeral director at the time of need.
