This was a first class personnel and professional service, J Young & Son carried this cremation out extremely well, it was orderly, precise and well thought out and all the staff involved were excellent and very respectful from start to finish and we could not have wished for better. We were told what to expect from the start and Jacky was empathetic and precise with everything she said to us. We would like to say thank you so much for making this sad occasion so calm and serene and without any hassle. It was also less stressful and we had time to grieve on the day. We had never had a cremation to arrange before in the family, but this was made to be less heart wrenching than we thought. Rest in Peace, God Bless till we meet again Carl. Thank you all so much..
